This Privacy Policy explains how Chleb Holdings LLC ("Chleb Holdings", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Lupo app and website ("Lupo", the "Service"). By using Lupo you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Lupo is operated by Chleb Holdings LLC, based in Tampa, Florida, United States. You can reach us at chleb@chlebholdings.com.
Data you create in the app. Your habits, your wolf, your streak, your settings, and any images you upload are stored on your own device using your browser or device storage. We do not have a server that receives or holds this data, and we cannot see it.
Waitlist email. If you choose to join the waitlist, the email address you enter is sent to us so we can contact you about the launch. Providing it is optional.
Purchase information. If we offer paid features and you buy one, the purchase is processed by Apple or the relevant app store and, where used, a subscription provider. We receive confirmation that a purchase or subscription is active. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Technical data. Our website is served by a third party hosting provider that may keep standard server logs such as IP address, device and browser type, and time of request, for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third party advertising trackers in the app.
These providers act as our processors or as independent controllers under their own terms. We share only what is needed for each function.
On the web version you log your own screen time by hand. A future native iPhone app may read your device Screen Time through Apple Family Controls, only with your permission. That data is used on your device to verify your goals and is not collected by us.
App data lives on your device until you delete it. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove yours or until they are no longer needed. You can wipe all app data at any time from Profile, Reset All Progress, or by clearing the site data in your browser.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Because most data stays on your device, you can exercise much of this yourself through the reset and clear-data controls. For the waitlist email or any other request, contact us at chleb@chlebholdings.com and we will respond as required by applicable law, including the GDPR and the CCPA where they apply.
Lupo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States. If you use Lupo from outside the United States, any information sent to us (such as a waitlist email) is processed in the United States.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date above. Significant changes will be reflected here, and continued use after an update means you accept the new policy.
